About

I’m Gerard Muldoon, a Clinical Reflexologist based in Holywood in Northern Ireland.

I began by training in Reiki over a decade ago, before going on to qualify in Clinical Reflexology and later Japanese acupressure. That progression has shaped how I work - not as a set of techniques, but as a more considered, joined-up approach to supporting stress and wellbeing.

Each session is adapted to the individual - drawing on different techniques where appropriate and responding to how your body presents on the day. Over time, this becomes a more tailored, consistent way of working, built around what you need and how you respond.

Over the years, my work has brought me into contact with people experiencing different forms of stress. From the pressures of everyday life to more long-standing and complex experiences.

Having lived through the Troubles in Northern Ireland, I have seen first-hand the lasting impact this has had on individuals. Through my work outside of private practice, I have supported people affected by this and have seen how reflexology can help them settle, feel safer in their bodies and reduce deep-seated stress in a way that is often difficult to achieve otherwise.

"Gerard was a great help as I prepared for an ultra marathon while dealing with knee pain. His tailored approach and expertise made a noticeable difference in managing the pain and improving my training. Gerard’s support and advice were very much appreciated, and I felt confident going into the race.

I would highly recommend to anyone looking for relaxation, pain relief and a holistic approach to wellbeing.”
