I offer a focused range of treatments designed to help reduce stress, restore balance and support your overall wellbeing.
Most people begin with reflexology. From there, treatments can be adapted or combined depending on what you need and how you respond.
Reflexology
Stress doesn’t just sit in the mind. It shows up in the body.
It can affect sleep, concentration, energy levels and how you respond
to everyday situations. Over time, this builds into a constant background of tension that doesn’t easily switch off.
Reflexology works through pressure points on the feet and lower legs to support the nervous system and help the body move out of that constant state of tension. As the body begins to settle, clients often notice improved sleep, reduced tension and a greater sense of calm and clarity.
I use firm but gentle pressure with my hands (no instruments) adjusting the treatment to suit your comfort throughout.
It’s a gentle treatment, but often a very effective way to help the body settle.
I don’t follow a fixed routine. The focus, pressure and duration are adjusted based on how your body presents on the day. Some sessions are centred around deep relaxation. Others focus on easing longer-held tension or helping the body settle after periods of sustained stress.
Rather than working in isolation, I may draw on other approaches where appropriate, creating a more joined-up treatment that responds to what you need in the moment.
Your first session includes an initial consultation, where we talk
through what’s been going on for you and what you’d like to get from the treatment.
From there, the session is straightforward:
You remain fully clothed (apart from removing shoes and socks)
Sessions begin with a warm foot spa to help you relax before moving to the treatment couch
You lie comfortably on a treatment couch
Treatment is calm, quiet and tailored to you
There’s nothing you need to do during the session. Simply lie back, switch off and allow the treatment to do its work.
Sessions typically last between 45 and 75 minutes.
Some clients come for a single session when things feel particularly intense. Others find that a short series, or regular sessions, help them manage stress more consistently.

Reiki
Reiki is a gentle, full-body treatment where I place my hands lightly on, or just above, the body.
It doesn’t involve pressure or manipulation and is designed to help the body relax and settle. This can be particularly helpful when you feel mentally or emotionally drained, unsettled, or not quite yourself, without a clear physical cause.
Reiki can be used alongside reflexology or form the main focus of a session. I always start with a simple conversation about what’s going on for you and what you’d like to get from the session. From there, the treatment is shaped accordingly.
Sessions are calm and restorative, often leaving people feeling more settled, clearer and more at ease.
Facial Reflexology
Facial Reflexology works through pressure points on the face to support the body as a whole.
It uses gentle, precise movements to release tension in the face, head and jaw - areas where many people hold stress without realising it. This can help ease headaches, eye strain and mental fatigue, while encouraging a deeper sense of relaxation.
Because of how responsive the face is, treatments can feel calming quite quickly and can help the body settle in a different way from foot reflexology.
I typically use Facial Reflexology as part of a combined treatment, rather than on its own.
I incorporate it where there is noticeable tension in the head or face, or where a more complete sense of relaxation is needed. For many clients, combining facial and foot treatments provides a more balanced and effective treatment overall.
Japanese Acupressure
Japanese Acupressure is a hands-on treatment that works directly with the body.
Using gentle, sustained pressure applied with the fingers and palms, it helps release areas of tension and encourages the body to relax and rebalance. Unlike reflexology, which works through the feet, this approach works more directly with the body itself.
It can be particularly helpful where stress is showing up physically — for example as tightness, stiffness or a general sense of being “wound up”.
I offer Japanese Acupressure as part of a broader treatment, where a more direct, body-based approach is likely to be beneficial.
It is used selectively, depending on what is needed in the session and how your body is presenting.
Ready to get started?
You don’t need to decide which treatment is right in advance.
We’ll start with an initial consultation and take it from there, building a treatment around what you need and how you respond.
